We create timeless, long-lasting jewellery that can be passed down through the generations. At the heart of Elysium Jewellery Company,
we strive to leave the smallest environmental burden possible, and give back to the planet.

Elysium Jewellery Company is always looking for ways to source ethically and produce sustainably. As a small business, we still have a
long way to go! So far, we source recycled materials, and we also upcycle old jewellery and beads. Any offcuts or scraps of metal are saved so that they can be melted down and reused.

We are currently working on a brand-new sea glass collection! Sea glass refers to pieces of broken glass from beer, for example, which is discarded in the sea sometimes for decades. Through the process of erosion, the waves and salt water create smooth pieces of glass that are wonderfully unique and make popular jewellery items.

We currently use plastic-free cardboard packaging which are
eco-friendly and can be recycled! However, we are still seeking other eco-friendly items to use in our packaging, such as inserts and tape. We are committed to the plastic-free movement and will soon have 100% plastic-free and eco-friendly packaging.

In the future, we hope to release collections in which profits can be donated to charity. So far we are working on partnerships with
other small enterprises, such as Compost-it (Revivus CIC).

Finally, we strive to show our support for slow fashion. This refers to an approach to fashion that considers the processes and resources in terms of the environment, and people. Slow fashion focuses on durable, high-quality, long-lasting items that are not a product generated to follow trends and then be discarded. As a consumer, the choices you make have a direct impact on the environment and workers, hence why buying from Elysium Jewellery Company and other like-minded businesses are a more mindful way of shopping.
